随着我国城市发展进入转型期,历史地段的更新改造逐渐成为引领城市空间转型发展的重要路径,而空间活力的实现,是决定历史地段更新成功与否的重要指标之一。文章以重庆市南岸区的印制五厂文创园更新改造为例,探究历史地段混合性对空间活力的作用机制。从功能业态混合、空间形态混合与使用者混合三个方面,综合物质空间维度与社会维度深入剖析不同层面的历史地段混合性对空间活力的影响,并构建起相应的作用机制。并在此基础上,对历史地段的更新提出相关的设计方法和配套政策上的建议。

Along with our country city development entered the transition period, the renovation of historical area has gradually become an important path to lead the transformation and development of city space, and space vitality, is an important indicator of historical area decided to update the success. This paper takes the renovation and reconstruction of the creative garden of the five printing factory in the South Bank of Chongqing city as an example, and explores the mechanism of mixing the historical sites into the vitality of space.
