This article studies the problems and predicament of hospitals in old town district and suggests its renovation strategies and methods by taking the example of ＂Nantong University Affiliated Hospital project＂. Meanwhile from the perspectives of location, context,program and technique,discuss practical problems of medical architecture design in complex environment.
