基于“产教融合、校企合作”计算机专业应用型创新人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Applied Innovative Talents Based on ＂Integration of Production and Teaching,School-Enterprise Cooperation＂

随着经济转型升级的不断发展和创新产业结构的需求,应用型本科院校人才培养模式也发生了变化,校企合作是培养应用型人才的重要途径之一。该文首先介绍了校与企合作的目的和意义,分析了计算机专业在校企合作中存在的基本问题,阐述了校企合作的主要内容和研究方法,并提出了校企合作应用创新人才模式新模式。通过研究,有效推进计算机科学教学,对高校计算机专业应用人才培养具有推广应用价值。

With the continuous development of economic transformation and upgrading and the demand of innovative industrial structure, the training mode of applied undergraduate colleges has also changed. School-enterprise cooperation is one of the important ways to cultivate applied talents. This paper first introduces the purpose and significance of the cooperation between schools and enterprises, analyzes the basic problems existing in the cooperation between school and enterprise in computer science and technology, expounds the main contents and research methods of school-enterprise cooperation, and puts forward the new application of innovative talents mode. Through the research, to effectively promote the computer science teaching, the application of computer professionals in colleges and universities to promote the application of value.
