摘要 随着机载武器应用环境越来越复杂,对选用的器材环境适应性和可靠性也随之增高,这就要求承制单位在设计和工艺中不断改进。该文首先介绍了故障情况,然后对故障电位器失效模式进行分析,提出工艺改进措施,保障批产顺利进行。同时对未来器件选型提出展望,以期通过新型器件的应用,提高产品的可靠性和环境适应性。 As the application environment of airborne weapon is more and more complicated,the adaptability and reliability of the selected equipment are also increased,which requires the unit to improve in design and process. This paper first introduces the fault situation,then analyzes the failure mode of the fault potentiator,puts forward the process improvement measures,and guarantees the smooth production of the batch.At the same time,the future device selection is proposed to improve the reliability and environmental adaptability of the products through the application of new devices.
