Biological role of epidermal growth factor receptor signaling pathway in fracture healing

摘要 骨折愈合过程中,骨髓间充质干细胞、软骨细胞、成骨细胞及破骨细胞都有各自特定的作用,任何一类细胞的功能异常都会影响骨折愈合。目前一些研究显示,EGFR信号通路参与调节骨髓间充质干细胞、软骨细胞、成骨细胞及破骨细胞的增殖、分化及凋亡等多种生物学过程,在此,作者对EGFR信号通路对骨折愈合过程中相关骨组织细胞的影响做一综述。 In the process of fracture healing, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, cartilage cells, osteoblasts and osteo- clasts have their own specific role, and any kind of cell dysfunction will affect the fracture healing. At present, some studies have revealed that epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) signaling pathway is involved in the regulation of the proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and other biological processes of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, ehondrocytes, osteoblasts as well as osteoclasts. In this article, the influence of EGFR signaling pathway on bone tissue cells in the process of fracture healing is reviewed.
