摘要
主要介绍了某煤矿选煤厂主厂房主、再选旋流器溢流箱、底流箱下溜槽的设计及改进。溜槽将来自主、再选旋流器溢流端、底流端的煤浆输送至主、再选脱介筛。由于主、再选脱介筛的处理量不能如期达到设计需要量,筛上煤浆流速过快,脱介筛来不及完全过滤,煤浆便冲到筛前。后经设计改进,解决了先前所出现的问题。经现场使用,效果良好,可为将来设计中出现此类问题提供参考。
Mainly introduces the design and improvement of thechutes under the overflow box and underflow box of the main cyclone and the secondary cyclone of the main workshop of a coal preparation plant. The coal slurry comes from the overflow box and underflow box is transported to the main sculping screen and the secondary sculping screen with the chutes. Since the handling capacity of the main sculping screen and the secondary sculping screen are not on track to meet the design requirements, and the coal slurry flows too fast over the sculping screens, can not be completely filtered, then rushed to the front end of the sculping screens. After the improvement of design, the previous problems have been solved. It has good effect and can provide reference for the future design.
