标准化的掘进机电气控制保护单元的设计

Design of Electric Control and Protection Unit for Standardized Roadheader

提出了标准化的掘进机电气系统,设计了作为电气系统核心的标准化电气控制保护单元。介绍了电气控制保护单元设计方案,构建了以Beckhoff控制器为控制单元,以I/O模块、通信模块、数据采集模块等为外围设备的积木式模块化电气控制保护单元,说明了电气控制保护单元软件标准化的实现方法。实际应用结果表明:标准化的掘进机电气控制保护单元运行稳定可靠,提高了掘进机电气系统的设计效率,广泛应用于具有特殊要求的采掘设备。

A standardized electrical system of TBM and protection unit at the heart of the electrical was designed with a standardized electrical control system. Introduced the design scheme of electric control protection unit,the building block modular electrical control unit with Beckhoff controller as control unit,I/O module,communication module,data acquisition module and other peripheral devices is constructed. Describes how to realize the standardization of the software of the electrical control protection unit. The practical application shows that the standard TBM electrical control and protection unit runs stably and reliably and improves the design efficiency of the electrical system of TBM. It is widely used in mining equipment with special requirements.
