鱼眼坑即锪孔加工时,一般在镗床或者铣床上采用普通的圆柱铣刀进行加工。对于比较深的,或者外圆上的鱼眼坑加工时,需要较长刀具,往往出现刀具悬臂刚度不高,精度低、加工效率低的情况。根据加工大型剖分式滑动轴承外圆上的鱼眼坑的生产实践,针对传统的几种加工方法进行了分析和改进。设计出一种新型安装面铣刀的鱼眼坑加工刀柄,可以有效提高刀具刚度,提升加工效率,改善加工精度。
