摘要
鱼眼坑即锪孔加工时,一般在镗床或者铣床上采用普通的圆柱铣刀进行加工。对于比较深的,或者外圆上的鱼眼坑加工时,需要较长刀具,往往出现刀具悬臂刚度不高,精度低、加工效率低的情况。根据加工大型剖分式滑动轴承外圆上的鱼眼坑的生产实践,针对传统的几种加工方法进行了分析和改进。设计出一种新型安装面铣刀的鱼眼坑加工刀柄,可以有效提高刀具刚度,提升加工效率,改善加工精度。
Fish eye hole that is countersinking hole processing, generally in the boring machine or milling machine using a common cylindrical milling cutter for processing. For relatively deep, or on the outer circle of the fish eye pit processing, the need for longer tools, often the tool cantilever stiffness is not high, low precision, low processing efficiency of the situation. According to the production practice of processing the fish-eye pits on the outer circle of large-scale split-type sliding bearing, the paper analyzes and improves several traditional processing methods. A new tool holder for fish eye hole with face milling cutter is designed, which can effectively improve the rigidity of the tool, improve the machining efficiency and improve the machining precision.
