摘要
针对盾构施工运输领域广泛使用的45 t工矿电机车基础制动装置维修困难、制动力弱以及闸瓦易偏磨等问题。对45 t工矿电机车基础制动装置结构和原理进行分析计算,并对制动装置结构进行优化改进。使其基础制动装置的动作更加灵敏、维护更加方便,制动倍率和制动力增大,制动可靠性提高,为机车进一步优化提供了一定的理论依据。
For the problems such as difficult maintenance,weak brake force and eccentric wear of brake shoe of basic brake device in 45 t industrial and mining electric locomotive widely used in the transportation of subway shield construction,based on the structure and principle analysis and calculation of the brake equipment in existing 45 t industrial and mining electric locomotive, proposing a new type of double sides braking device. After optimizing the structure, the device is more sensitive and easy to maintain,greater braking ratio and braking force,improved braking reliability,which provides a theoretical basis for further optimization of the locomotive.
