摘要
为精确测量PDC钻头上复合片的空间位置参数和空间角度参数,提出了三点测绘理论,使用MATLAB编制了计算软件,并对此三点测绘理论进行了实践检验。运用空间解析几何和坐标变换的知识推导出了三点测绘理论系列公式,只需使用模具画线工具测得复合片边缘上任意三点坐标,即可计算出复合片的空间位置参数和空间角度参数。实践检验证明:三点测绘理论可行;MATLAB计算软件使用简单,计算结果快速准确,具有非常高的精度。使用三点测绘理论可以获得PDC钻头加工精度信息用以检验PDC钻头,也可测绘PDC钻头,了解其他厂家的钻头设计和生产情况,便于吸取和积累经验。
In order to accurately measure the spatial position parameters and spatial angle parameters of the polycrystalline diamond compacts on the PDC bit, a three-point mapping theory is proposed. The calculation software is compiled by MATLAB and the three-point mapping theory is tested. Based on the knowledge of spatial analytic geometry and coordinate transformation, the three-point mapping theory series formula is deduced, and the spatial position parameters and space of the polycrystalline diamond compacts can be calculated by simply using the water pipe drawing line tool to measure the coordinates of any three points on the edge of the polycrystalline diamond compacts Angle parameter. Practice test proves that: three-point mapping theory is feasible; MATLAB calculation software is simple to use, the results are fast and accurate, with very high accuracy. The use of three-point mapping theory can be obtained PDC bit processing accuracy information to test the PDC bit, but also mapping PDC bit, to understand other manufacturers of drill bit design and production, easy to learn and gain experience.
