摘要
针对煤矿刮板输送机输送量大,事故易发和管理难度大的缺点,采用了一种智能监控系统。分别对其从硬件和软件两方面进行分析。硬件方面主要介绍了系统连接方式和设备分布,软件方面主要阐述了系统菜单树设计,并且分析了系统过程控制流程。通过实际使用证明了该系统能够有效地避免和预防事故的发生,从而最大限度地保护了工作人员和设备的安全。
According to the disadvantages of large conveying capacity, prone to accidents and difficulty in management of scraper convetor in coal mine, an intelligent monitoring system is used. The hardware configuration and software design are analyzed. Connection mode of the system and distribution of the equipment are introduced in hardware. Design of the system menu tree is expounded, and process control flow of the system is analyzed in software. The practical application shows that the system can avoid and prevent the occurrence of accidents effectively, and thus protect safety of the staff and equipment.
