摘要
对青海桥头某电厂除雾器发生结垢原因进行了深入研究分析,认为主要是由于除雾器冲洗不当、p H值控制不当、氧化风量不足等;提出了相应预防措施,可为脱硫系统烟尘长期稳定到达"近零排放"提供技术支持。
Research and analysis were carried on the causes of mist eliminator scale formation in Qinghai Qiaotou power plant, which were improper washing of mist eliminator, improper control of pH value, insufficient oxidizing air volume, and so on. And then the corresponding preventive measures were put forward in order to provide technical support for near zero emission requirement of dust.
