高模量纤维复丝编织过程中折角耐磨性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对高模量纤维复丝在电脑横机织造过程中易受折角磨损断裂的情况,采用正交试验设计方法以及自制的纱线折角磨损测试仪,对碳纤维、玻璃纤维和玄武岩纤维复丝进行折角磨损试验研究,探讨机速、纱线与导纱瓷眼折角和纱线张力对纱线磨损程度的影响,并通过计算纱线强力损伤率对比分析3种纱线的折角耐磨性能。结果表明,纱线张力对高模量纤维复丝折角磨损的影响最显著,其次为折角,机速的影响最小。随着纱线张力增大、折角增大和机速增加,纱线磨损程度越来越严重。相同折角磨损条件下,碳纤维和玄武岩纤维复丝的耐磨性能较差,玻璃纤维复丝的耐磨性较好。 Because the high-modulus fiber multifilament is easily damaged due to by angular fracture in knitting process on computerized flat knitting machine, the angular wear tests of carbon fiber, glass fiber and basalt fiber multifilament were studied by using orthogonal test design and homemade yarn angular wear tester. The influences of machine speed, yarn guide angle and yarn tension on the degree of yarn wear were explored, and the angular wear resistance of yarns was compared and analyzed through the yarn strength damage ratio. The results show that the yarn tension is the most significant factor that influences the angular wear of the high-modulus fiber multifilament, the followed is yarn guide angle and machine speed. With the increase of yarn tension, yarn guide angle and machine speed, the degree of yarn wear is more serious. Under the same angular wear condition, carbon fiber and basalt fiber multifilament have poor wear resistance, but the glass fiber multifilament is better.
