Small Bath Ratio Bleaching and Dyeing Process of Cotton Knitted Fabrics

选用常温小浴比染色机,调整现有常规浴比前处理配方中助剂用量及常规浴比染色配方中染料和相关助剂用量,优化了棉针织物小浴比漂染工艺,对比了常规漂染工艺与小浴比漂染的效果,并进行生产实践。结果表明,小浴比前处理后针织物白度和毛效达到与常规浴比前处理工艺相当水平;小浴比染色织物的染色深度、染色牢度与常规浴比染色工艺相当。将浴比变小,前处理和染色工艺配方中助剂和染料用量变化规律推广到产业化生产中,实现了小浴比工艺的工业化应用。

Using a small bath ratio dyeing machine at room temperature, the bleaching and dyeing process of cotton knitted fabric with small bath ratio is optimized by adjusting the dosage of auxiliaries and dyestuff in the pre^treatment and dyeing process respectively. The dyeing effects are compared between the conventional and small bath ratio bleaching and dyeing technology. The results show that the whiteness and absorbability of the knitted fabric with small bath ratio pre-treatment process reaches at the same level as that of the conventional bath. Both the dyeing depth and fastness of the dyed fabric are quite similar to those of the conventional bath. In order to realize the industrial application of this small bath ratio technology, the changing regulation of the amount of auxiliaries and dyes in the pretreatment and dyeing process is extended to the industrialization production.
