高密超轻涤纶针织面料的开发

摘要 针对高密超轻涤纶针织面料含油率高,染色时易出现色渍、浮色等问题,文中筛选了前处理助剂、染色助剂染料,优化了前处理及染色工艺,测试了去油及染色效果。结果表明,优选前处理助剂及工艺为:去油剂KIERALON F-MFB 2.0 g/L,处理温度90℃,处理时间20 min。染色方面:使用高温分散性能好的高温分散剂LYOCOL PRDN;对于敏感染料品类,使用高温分散稳定性更好的染料分散艳蓝Cyanine S-WF、分散艳红DIANIX BR/RED SF和分散藏青Navy S-2G。 In view of the high oil content of high-density and ultra-light knitted fabrics, which is easy to result in color stains and floating colors during dyeing, this paper studied the pretreatment process and dyeing process, selected pretreatment auxiliaries and dyeing auxiliaries, optimized the pretreatment and dyeing process, and tested the degreasing and dyeing effects. The results show that the best pretreatment additives and process are as follows: the dosage of KIERALON F-MFB is 2 g/L, treatment temperature is 90 ℃, and the treatment time is20 min. It used the high temperature dispersion with good high temperature dispersant effect LYOCOL PRDN in dyeing and used CYANINE S-WF, DIANIX BR/RED SF and NAVY S-2 G with better dye dispersion stability for sensitive dye categories.
