摘要
介绍石墨烯纤维的特点及优势,采用黏胶石墨烯混纺纱、高收缩涤纶纱、氨纶为原料,开发两款以黏胶石墨烯纤维混纺纱为主要组成的针织面料,详细介绍面料的编织工艺及染整工艺,并测试面料的远红外功能和抑菌性。结果表明,两款面料均具有远红外功能,并对金黄色葡萄球菌具有良好的抑菌效果,但是对大肠杆菌没有抑制作用,为利用石墨烯原料开发功能性面料提供参考。
This paper introduces the characteristics and advantages of graphene fiber, and develops two kinds of knitted fabrics which are mainly composed by viscose and graphene fiber blended yarn by using viscose and graphene fiber blended yarn, high-shrinkage polyester yarn and spandex. It introduces in detail the knitting tech- nology and dying and finishing technology, and tests the far-infrared function and antibacterial property. The results show that the graphene knitted fabrics have far-infrared function and good antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus, but they have no inhibitory effect on escherichia coli, which can provide a reference for the development of functional graphene knitted fabrics.
