摘要 纺织品磁控溅射处理是一种新型染整加工技术,利用磁控溅射技术制备出的薄膜性能优良且工艺简单,不污染环境。文中探讨了涤纶经磁控溅射处理后原布、单镀膜布样、双镀膜半成品布、双镀膜成品布的拉伸断裂性、透湿性及抗静电性。结果表明,经过磁控溅射Cu处理织物的断裂强度增加,但是形变能力却基本不变;织物的透湿性能有显著的提高;织物拥有很好的抗静电性。 Magnetron sputtering in textile processing is a new type of dyeing and finishing technology,the fabric prepared with magnetron sputtering technology has excellent performance, simple process and friendly for environment. In this paper, the properties of PET treated by magnetron sputtering are discussed, such as the tensile and breaking properties, moisture permeability and antistatic properties of thick fabric, single coating fabric, double coating cfabric and double coated fabric. The results show that after the magnetron sputtering with Cu treatment the fabric breaking strength is increased, the deformability is basically unchanged, the moisture permeability of fabrics can be improved remarkably, and the fabric has a strong antistatic property.
