On Importance of Land Policy Study to Promoting Efficient Use of Existing Railway Land

为加大对既有铁路用地的盘活力度,铁路土地综合开发部门应首先做好对国家、各省市出台的土地相关政策和措施的深入研究,不断提高土地开发质量和效益。深入解读近期出台的2个相关文件,对成都东站货场改造开发案例进行分析,并总结该项目的最终成果。通过案例分析与总结,为其他铁路局土地综合开发提供参考。

In order to efficiently use the existing railway land, the department of comprehensive development of railway land shall make deep study on land policies issued by the central government and local governments, to consistently improve the quality and benefit of land development. Based on two documents issued lately, the paper analyzes the case of freight-yard upgrade of Chengdu East Station and concludes its achievements, providing references for comprehensive development of railway land.
