摘要
巴基斯坦铁道部计划对铁路信号系统分阶段升级改造并配备相应的列控系统,以改变其信号系统不规范、铁路事故多发的局面。我国企业主导了巴基斯坦铁路Lodhran—Shahdara段信号系统升级改造工程,装备的LKJ列控系统经定制化设计,采用应答器技术,在系统运维、管理、操作等方面进行简化设计,在保证列车运行安全的同时,降低了使用、维护人员的劳动强度,以及临时限速控制和管理流程的复杂度,从而降低了管理过程风险和人为干扰风险,具有成本低、可靠性高、人工介入少等技术特点,适宜巴基斯坦等发展中国家作为中低速铁路的列车超速防护控制系统应用。重点对LKJ列控系统在巴基斯坦应用的需求背景、设计方案、运用模式、临时限速控制等进行阐述,为相关工程提供借鉴。
The Pakistan Railway Ministry plans to upgrade railway signaling system and equip corresponding train control system in a stage-by-stage manner, so as to change the current situation of different signaling systems and frequent accidents. The Chinese railway company took a leading role in the signaling system upgrade project of Lodhran-Shahdara section. The LKJ train control system is tailored for this section and uses balise technology to simplify the design of system maintenance, management and operation, etc. By doing so, the train safety is guaranteed, the labor intensity for both maintainers and operators is reduced and temporary speed control and management procedure become easier, therefore, the risks from management process and human interference are lowered. The system features cost effectiveness, high reliability and less human interference and is quite suitable for the train over-speed protection and control system of medium-and-low speed railways in developing countries, like Pakistan. The paper expounds the application of LKJ in Pakistan in respect to customer needs, design plan, application mode and temporary speed control, etc., providing references for other related projects.
