摘要
电池隔膜制品产生的废水呈酸性,含玻璃纤维,含胶体呈乳白色,废水投加絮凝剂极易容易形成絮体,针对该类废水采用中和沉淀+溶气气浮系统处理工艺,出水达到《污染物综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中三级排放标准,污泥处理后含水率≤80%。
Wastewater produced by battery separator products is acidic,containing glass fiber and containing colloidal milky white. Flocculants can easily form flocs when flocculants are added into waste water. The wastewater is treated by neutralization and sedimentation + dissolved air flotation system,It reaches the third-level emission standard of Integrated Pollutant Emission Standard( GB8978-1996),and the water content after sludge treatment is ≤80%.
