摘要 燃煤的成本占火电厂运行成本的80%左右,燃料的合理使用直接关乎电厂的经济效益。为了在煤炭市场多变的环境下实现燃煤使用的经济性,国电宁夏石嘴山发电有限责任公司依托软件开发和大量实验,实现了对煤场的实时监控以及通过"最经济煤种"的计算得出合理的配煤掺混方案,建立了煤场的数字化管理系统。煤场数字化管理系统的开发应用为国电宁夏石嘴山发电有限责任公司建立了科学的管理体系,节约了发电成本,创造了巨大的经济效益。 The cost of coal combustion accounts for about 80% of the thermal power plant operating costs,the rational use of fuel directly related to the economic benefits of power plants. In order to realize the economic use of coal in the flexible coal market environment,Guodian Ningxia Shizuishan Power Generation Co.,Ltd. has established the digital management system of coal field by means of software development and a large number of experiments and realized the real-time monitoring of the coal field and the calculation of the "most economical coal "to obtain a reasonable coal blending scheme and finally established the digital management system of the coal field. The development and application of coal field digital management system established a scientific management systemfor the Guodian Ningxia Shizuishan power plant,saved the cost of power generation and created a huge economic benefits.
