手足口病发病影响因素进展

The pathogenic related factors of hand foot and mouth disease

手足口病是一种常见的儿童传染病，其传染性强，影响范围广，目前仍没有研制出治疗手足口病的特效药物，为减少该病的危害，预防尤为重要。手足口病的发病原因比较复杂，与机体自身免疫力、个人卫生习惯、预防意识及居住环境、流动人口等诸多因素有关；气象因素也是影响手足口病流行的重要原因之一，对传染病在人群中的发生和流行起重要作用。本文对全国各地手足口病的流行与气象因素以及其他影响因素的关系进行综述，寻找手足口病发病与各因素的关系，为预防措施的制定提供依据。

Hand foot and mouth disease （HFMD）is a common infectious disease in children with strong infectivity and wide sphere of influence. Now, no effective medicine aimed at treating I-1FMD has been produced in the world. All we can do is to reduce its harmful effects and prevention is particularly important. Its pathogenesis is complex and is related to many factors, such as floating population, living environment, self-immunity, health habit and prevention awareness, meteorological factors are one of them. Meteorological factors are one of the important factors that affect the outbreak of infectious diseases, and the meteorological factors play an important role in the occurrence and prevalence of infectious diseases in the population. This review was to analyze the relationship between the incidence of HFMD and meteorological factors and other factors, and to study the qualitative and quantitative relationship between the prevalence of HFMD and all fac- tors, and to provide evidence for the prevention measures.
