儿童亲体肝移植术后淋巴增殖性疾病一例 被引量：2

摘要 患儿,女,1岁,因＂活体肝移植术后5个月,发热伴腹泻3 d＂入院. 患儿5 个月前（ 2016 年4 月15日）因胆道闭锁Ⅱ型、胆汁淤积性肝硬化、肝功能失代偿于我院行亲体背驮式肝移植术,供者为患儿母亲,供肝为左外叶,手术过程顺利,术后规律抗排异（他克莫司、激素）及保肝治疗,规律复查,他克莫司浓度维持在10. 0 μg/L左右,无特殊并发症. 3 d 前患儿出现发热,体温最高可达38℃,伴腹泻,每日大便次数4～5次,为浅黄色稀水样便,为求进一步诊治于2016 年9 月4 日以＂发热、腹泻待查、亲体肝移植术后＂收入院.
