摘要
针对DK-20发动机连杆总成的精确三维模型,并涉及所有的接触非线性问题,全面考虑了气体爆发压力、惯性力、摩擦力和装配静栽对连杆的受力影响,在最大扭矩、额定负荷和最大转速三种工况下,进行了详细地FEA分析。最后,从接触面的分离、连杆疲劳强度等方面进行了评估,DK-20连杆均能满足要求,为今后DK-20连杆的优化设计和质量分析提供了完善的理论基础。
Based on detail 3D model of DK-20 engine conrod assembly and all the co ntact nonlinear problem, the FE Analysis was done under the three working conditions of the max. torque, rated load and max. speed, which isconsideredtheinfluenceofthe g as peak fire pressure, inertia force, the last it was evaluate from the separation force of friction, and assembling static load. At of contact surface, the fatigued strength of the conrod, which meet the requirements and provid a thorough theoretical basis for the optimizing of DK-20 conrod in the future
