城市复兴理论下的长春一汽早期居住街区保护利用研究

Study on the Protection and Utilization of the FAW Early Residential District under Urban Regeneration Theory

在当前中国城市转型发展和新型城镇化的新常态下,城市复兴受到了全社会的普遍关注。尤其是政府将城市建设确定为顶层设计,为城市开发与更新提供了新的目标,城市复兴的意义更加重要。在这样的大背景下,文章对长春一汽早期居住街区的复兴在政治、经济、文化、物质环境方面提出了若干建议,期望能恢复街区文化传统,重新焕发街区活力。

Under the new normal of China＇s urban transformation and new-type urbanization, the urban regeneration has received widespread attention from the whole society. In particular, the government has identified urban construction as the top-level design, which provides new targets for urban development and renewal, so the significance of urban regeneration is more important. In such a context, we advocate some advices to the FAW early residential district on the aspect of political, economic, cultural and physical environment in this paper, in hope to restore our neighborhood cultural traditions and renew the blocks.
