摘要
过去一百年,中国果树产业发生了翻天覆地的变化,特别是改革开放以来,发展十分迅速。本文介绍了中国果树产业的发展现状,回顾了中国果树研究百年发展历程,并总结了苹果、柑橘、梨、桃、葡萄、香蕉、荔枝龙眼七大果树在遗传育种、栽培土肥、病虫害防控、贮藏加工、机械化等方面的研究进展。
China fruit industry has undergone enormous changes in the past one hundred years. This papersummarized fruit industry＇s current situation, centennial development history and major achievements. Theresearch progress in genetic breeding, cultivation technology, prevention and control of diseases and insectpests, storage and processing, mechanized production of seven fruit tree species including apple, citrus, pear,grape, banana and litchi/longan has been also reviewed.
