Review and Future Prospects of Oil Crops Industry Development in China

本文回顾了近百年来中国油料作物产业发展历程。分析了油料生产发展现状、进出口贸易和消费增长近况。概述了品种改良、高产栽培、植物保护、机械化生产、产品加工、质量控制等领域科技创新成效及其转化应用对推动产业发展的作用。讨论并提出了未来油料产业发展的目标任务与实现途径。

The development of Chinese oil crops industry during past decades was reviewed in this paper. Theproduction of major oilseed, import and export trade of concerned products and increase of domesticconsumption were analyzed. The science and technology innovation in the fields of oil crops geneticenhancement, high yield cultivation, plant protection, mechanization, product processing and qualitymanagement during the past fifty years and their roles in promoting the industry were assessed. Further goals,priorities and policy strategies for oil crops industry development were discussed and proposed.
