摘要
本研究探究了双元市场学习两个维度,即相对探索维度和组合维度,对于企业提高原始性创新能力、培育竞争力的作用机制,以及吸收能力的调节效应.基于303家我国企业的双份调研问卷,实证检验发现:双元市场学习两个维度有助于原始性创新能力的培育,原始性创新能力有助于企业竞争力的塑造,但原始性创新能力在这两条路径中却发挥了不同作用,它在相对探索维度和竞争力之间起到了遮掩效应,却在组合维度和竞争力之间发挥了中介作用.此外,吸收能力促进了原始性创新能力和竞争力之间的关系,也增强了原始性创新能力在组合维度和竞争力之间的中介效应.
It discussed the mechanism of ambidextrous market learning,i. e.,relative exploration dimension and interactive dimension,affecting firm original innovation capacity and competitiveness,and the moderating role of absorptive capacity. Empirical research on the paired survey data of 303 Chinese enterprises indicates that relative exploration dimension and interactive dimension are both beneficial to original innovation capacity,and original innovation capacity positively influences firm competitiveness. However,original innovation capacity plays different roles in the two routes which is a suppressor between relative exploration dimension and firm competitiveness while a mediator between interactive dimension and firm competitiveness. Besides,absorptive capacity not only strengthens the positive relationship between original innovation capacity and competitiveness,but also enhances the mediating effect of original innovation capacity on the relationship between interactive dimension and firm competitiveness.
