摘要
掌握、优化流态,可以显著提高沼气工程的厌氧发酵效率。计算机数值模拟计算方法是当前分析研究流场形态的常用方法,非常适用于处于严格密闭状态下的沼气发酵料液流场形态分析。文章以1个模拟建立的小型沼气厌氧发酵罐的清水工况为例,通过计算流体动力学(CFD)软件构建发酵罐的内部流场进行模拟计算分析,阐述底部进水和分散式出口两种整流布水工艺的流体力学原理,介绍了利用CFD软件优化设计沼气料液流场的方法。
Obtaining the authentic details about the internal flow field of the methane fermentation in the digester and optimizing the flow pattern can significantly improve the efficiency of biogas plants. The computer numerical simulation method is a common method to analyze the flow pattern, and it is very suitable for the analysis of the flow pattern under the condition of strict sealing. By setting up a simulation model of a small anaerobic digester using pure water, this paper elaborated the principle of fluid mechanics of two kind of rectifying water distribution process, i.e. the bottom inlet feeding and distributed outlets, based on the simulated calculation analysis using software of computational fluid dynamics (CFD). The method of using CFD software to optimize the flow field in biogas plant was introduced
