摘要
针对某岸边集装箱起重机吊具上架不同工况条件下的静态、动态特性问题,对吊具上架进行了多种工况条件下的静力分析和模态分析。以Hyperworks为平台建立了吊具上架的有限元模型,通过多点约束模型模拟了质量、力的加载及约束,并基于使用条件和FEM(欧洲起重机设计规范)定义了4种工况。首先通过Optistruct求解器得到了吊具上架在4种工况条件下的应力、位移云图,对比分析了不同工况条件对结构的影响;之后进行了前6阶固有频率及振型分析,得出了不同振型对吊具上架结构的影响结果。研究结果表明:吊具上架的结构满足静力要求,同时也具有良好的动态特性;该方法可为吊具上架的结构设计和优化提供参考。
Aiming at analysis of spreader block of STS,the static and modal analysis of typical operating conditions was carried out with software Hyperworks,in which the finite element model was built and mass,force and constraints were simulated through multi-point constraint model. First,the stress and displacement nephograms were obtained through optistruct based on operating conditions and FEM. Second,the influence of different operating conditions on the structure was compared and analyzed. Last,the natural frequencies and modal shapes of the first six orders were analyzed and the influence of different modal shapes on the spreader block was obtained. The results indicate that the structure meets the static requirement and has good dynamic characteristics. A practical means for structural design and optimization of spreader can be got through the research.
