建筑与小区低影响开发措施的线性规划模型初探

Linear Programming Model of Low Impact Development Techniques in Building and Community

摘要 以《海绵城市建设技术指南——低影响开发雨水系统构建(试行)》为基础,结合低影响开发措施的优缺点及其适用范围,采用线性规划的方法,以综合径流系数和径流污染控制作为主要约束条件,结合各项法规标准,以最低造价为目标函数,提出了建筑与小区低影响开发优化或改造方案的构建方法。示范小区的研究结果显示,提出的优化方法在满足各项标准和造价最低的前提下,实现了低影响开发措施的合理分配,小区径流系数由改造前的0.65降为0.46,对径流中TSS的去除率也可达到50%。 A construction method of low impact development optimization or reconstruction scheme in building and community was established. The construction method was based on Sponge City Develop- ment Technical Guide: Low Impact Development, and considered the advantages, disadvantages and appli- cation scope of the existing low impact development techniques and various laws and standards. Mean- while, the linear programming method was adopted, the comprehensive runoff coefficient and runoff pol- lution was chosen as the main constraint conditions and the lowest cost was taken as the objective func- tion. Results obtained from the typical area showed that, reasonable distribution of low impact develop- ment measures was realized under the presupposition that the reconstruction scheme met all the standards and the lowest cost, where the runoff coefficient was decreased from 0.65 to 0.46 and the TSS removal efficiency reached 50%.
