摘要
利用抗蒸腾剂、保水剂、阿司匹林和黄腐酸生态液对起苗后的‘闽43’油茶无性系1年生嫁接苗木进行保水处理,并探讨对苗木生长指标、光合特性、抗氧化酶系统和渗透调节的影响。结果表明:抗蒸腾剂能使油茶苗木的放置时间延长,达11 d;并且在维持过氧化物酶(POD)活性和可溶性蛋白含量优于其他处理。保水剂在维持苗木的叶绿素SPAD值和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性效果较好,阿司匹林在维持苗木地径生长效果较优。通过隶属函数对室内、室外对照和4个保水处理的14个指标进行统计分析,得出不同处理对苗木质量的影响:抗蒸腾剂保水效果最好,其次是保水剂、阿司匹林、黄腐酸生态液和室内对照,室外对照的保水效果较差。研究结果为提高油茶嫁接苗的质量及起苗后成活率提供参考。
Different water retaining treatments of plant antitranapirant agent,water-retaining agent,aspirin and fulvic acid were conducted. Then effects of treatments on indexes including growth index,photosynthetic trait,antioxidant enzyme system and osmoregulation were discussed. The results showed that antitranapirant agent could prolong the storage time of Camellia oleifera seedling in a level of 11 d,and better ability in maintaining peroxidas( POD) activity and soluble protein content. Water retaining agent had the best effect in maintaining chlorophyll SPAD and catalase( CAT) activity. Aspirin worked most perfect in maintaining ground diameter. By the membership function analysis of 14 indicators in 4 treatments and 2 controls,the effects of different treatments on seedling quality were obtained: antitranapirant agent water retention effect was the best,followed by water-retaining agent,aspirin,fulvic acid ecological solution and indoor control,outdoor control water retention effect was weak. The results could provide a reference for improving the quality of grafted seedlings and survival rate in C. oleifera.
