The Xibaipo spirit and the attitudes of the CPC leadership to taking examinations is the ideo- logical treasure of new China. At the eve of the founding of new China, CPC formulates six rules to stand- ardize the behavior of the Party members as their code of conducts. It is of great significance to reinterpret the rules, carry forward the spirit of the new period and strengthen the construction of the ruling party.
