Females are often confronted with the petition of females for rights and interests. The peti- tion of females for rights and interests is increasing and has a wider variety content nowadays in Hebei province. On the contrary, females lack of legal knowledge. This study puts forward suggestions with re- gard to legal system, promotion of the petition staff＇s capacity, regulating the order of petition, and strengthening guidance to the petition of females.
