Modernization of university governance in the context of moral education

高校治理现代化指向立德树人,具体体现在三方面:坚持社会主义方向体现立德树人,制度建设体现立德树人,高校治理利益各方的共同目标体现立德树人。以立德树人为中心的高校治理体系和治理能力现代化路径为:高校治理外部体系和能力的现代化——放权及民主管理、监督,高校治理内部体系和能力的现代化——分权及民主参与。

The modernization of university governance includes three aspects. First, socialism-based institution should be set up. Second, the institutional construction should be completed. Third, the com- mon target of all the interest parties should be based on moral education. The external system refers to delegating power, democratic management and supervision. The internal system covers decentralization of power and democratic participation.
