摘要 针对前装直接式TPMS应用中各轮胎内部胎压传感器与胎压接收器匹配存在的时间地点受限、便利性差、成本高等问题,给出了一种可实现用户自主配置的新型TPMS设计方案.方案将胎压传感器低频触发驱动电路集成到RKE钥匙中,实现了各轮胎传感器ID的便利自主配置,采用胎压传感器SP37和无线接收器MC33596FJE分别完成轮胎内部信息的检测、发送和接收,并通过CAN总线实现了轮胎内部压力和温度在中控显示器的显示.测试结果表明:在传输波特率9 600 bps条件下,胎压接收器灵敏度测试值为-102 d Bm,达到了设计要求. There are many problems such as limited time and location, poor convenience and high cost between the tire pressure sensor and tire pressure receiver in the matching application of front-loading TP1VIS. A new TPMS design scheme is presented to solve these problems, which can enable the TPMS configured autonomously by users. The low frequency trigger circuit of tire pressure sensor is integrated into the RKE key, and the conven- ient configuration of each tire sensor ID is realized. The tire pressure sensor SP37 and wireless receiver MC33596FJE are used to detect, transmit and receive the information inside the tire respectively, and the tire pressure monitoring information is displayed on central control screen through the CAN bus. The test result shows that the sensitivity of the tire pressure receiver is -102dBm with the baud rate of 9600bps, which meets the de- sign requirements.
