摘要
为了提高战斗部毁伤性能,设计了一种复合变壁厚球缺型药型罩战斗部,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件研究药型罩曲率半径对爆炸复合侵彻体成型及终点毁伤效应的影响规律。结果表明:不同曲率半径的药型罩均形成向前压拢型复合侵彻体。复合侵彻体的速度与曲率半径呈负相关,长径比随曲率半径的增大先骤增后维持不变。复合EFP对靶板的侵彻具有横向效应,相比纯铜药型罩形成的EFP对靶板的侵彻入孔增大4~8 mm,出孔直径增大10~22 mm。
In order to improve the damage performance of warheads,a compound wall-type thick-type liner is designed. ANSYS/L S-DYNA finite element analysis software was used to study the influence of radius of curvature of the liner on the formation and terminal damage effects of explosive compound penetrator.The results showed that the warhead with different curvature radius liner are formed forward pressed type compound penetrator. Compound projectile velocity decreases with the increase of curvature radius,the ratio of length to diameter increases with the radius of curvature of the first surge after the penetration has remained unchanged. The transverse effect of compound EFP on the targets,compared to pure copper liner forming the EFP of target penetration into the hole,it increases 4 ~ 8 mm,and a large hole diameter increases 10 ~ 22 mm.
