摘要
采用显示有限元法对9 mm铅芯手枪弹侵彻软防护人体靶标的过程进行了数值模拟,分析侵彻过程中的典型现象与人体靶标的动态响应。数值分析表明:手枪弹被严重磨损与镦粗,软防护侵彻层为7层;弹着点在心脏部位时,人体靶标内部,肋骨的最大应力为178.3 MPa,左肺的最大应力为0.231 MPa,右肺的最大应力为0.363 MPa,心脏的最大应力为0.055 9 MPa。
This paper uses FEA method to numerically simulate the process of 9 mm pistol cartridges penetrating into the human target with soft bulletproof vest and analyses the typical phenomena and dynamic response of the human target. The numerical result shows that the pistol cartridges were badly worn and roughed by pier. The soft bulletproof vest had a big bulge. The layers penetrated of the soft bulletproof vest were 7. As the impact point is at the heart,in the human target,the maximum stress of the ribs is 178. 3 MPa,the maximum stress of the left lung is 0. 231 MPa,the maximum stress of the right lung is 0. 363 MPa,and the maximum stress of the heart is 0. 055 9 MPa.
