摘要
设计了一套集自动化、智能化于一身的商用车变速器换挡性能试验台测控系统。该系统以工业计算机为核心,通过PLC实现对交流变频电机和换挡机械手的控制,模拟变速器的使用工况,利用数据采集卡采集测试参数,从而评价变速器的换挡性能。利用该变速器换挡性能试验台测控系统和其硬件仪器,结合某型号的手动变速器进行了试验,取得了良好的试验结果。
This paper designs a set of automatic and intelligent measuring and controlling system for the transmission performance test platform of commercial vehicle transmission. The core of this system is industrial computer. The AC frequency conversion motor and shift manipulator is controlled by PLC,in order to realize the simulation of transmission working conditions. The data acquisition card is used to collect the test parameters,so as to evaluate the gear shifting performance. Finally,in this paper,the measurement and control system for shifting performance test-bench of commercial vehicle transmissions and its hardware instruments are combined with a certain type of manual transmission,and the test results are satisfactory.
