摘要
以喷油嘴喷孔为研究对象,采用k-ε模型、Mixture模型对磨粒流抛光过程中流场分布规律进行数值模拟,通过仿真模拟试验探索了在一定磨料参数和工作压力下不同磨粒体积分数对抛光微孔抛光压力、磨料浓度、湍流强度等抛光结果的影响,并确定最优的工艺参数,为实际生产中加工磨料的配比提供理论依据。
The research which based on the nozzle hole,and it uses the model of k-ε model and Mixture model to simulate the distribution method during the Abrasive Flowing polishing process. The effects of different abrasive volume fraction on polishing pressure, abrasive concentration and turbulence intensity of polished microporous pore under certain abrasive parameters and working pressure were explored by simulation experiment. It is to determine the optimal technological parameters and provide theoretical basis for the proportion of realistic production and processing abrasives
