摘要 对于在GT-Power一维性能仿真建模中难以准确选取燃烧参数的问题,以1台二冲程汽油机为研究对象,利用DOE方法对SI Wiebe燃烧模型参数进行拟合优化研究。研究结果表明:Wiebe燃烧特性参数在不同转速范围内有很大变化;在小负荷工况下,发动机缸内燃烧持续期会较长,而在大负荷工况时,缸内进气量充足,燃烧速率变快,因此燃烧持续期较短。最终绘制出各个负荷范围内燃烧参数变化MAP图,并通过验证可知:数值模拟结果与台架试验数据对比误差降低到4%左右。由此得到准确的一维整机性能模型。 If it is difficult to accurately select the combustion parameters in the simulation of one dimensional GT-Power modeling performance,with a two-stroke gasoline engine as the research object,and by using the DOE method,it optimizes the SI Wiebe combustion model parameter fitting.The research shows that Wiebe combustion parameters have great change in different speeds; under low load,longer duration of engine combustion,while in high load condition,the cylinder intake air quantity is sufficient,the combustion rate increased,the burning time is short. Finally,the MAP diagram of the combustion parameter change in the different load range is plotted,and the error between the numerical modeling and the bench test data is reduced to about 4% by verification. Anaccurate one-dimensional machine performance model is obtained.
