摘要
丙肝患者治愈后并非获得终身免疫,其诱发再次感染的可能性很大,且初次感染和再次感染的特征相差甚异。针对这种情况,将染病者中的初次感染者和再次感染者加以区分并建立数学模型,利用微分方程定性与稳定性理论对系统进行动力学性态分析。结果表明:在区分初次感染和再次感染的情况下,系统在R0=1且RC>1时将会产生后向分支。
The immunity of HCV recovery is temporary,and there is a very fair possibility of being reinfected. A mathematical model with primary infection and re-infection is proposed to research the bifurcation in HCV transmission dynamics. This study shows that when R0= 1 and RC 1,differential characteristics of primary infection and re-infection can cause backward bifurcation in HCV transmission dynamics.
