超踝关节外固定支架治疗GustiloⅢ型Pilon骨折的体会 被引量：3

摘要 Pilon骨折是指累及负重关节面和干骺端的胫骨远端骨折,特别是开放性GustiloⅢ型Pilon骨折常伴严重的软组织损伤和骨缺损,如处理不当,可继发感染,造成截肢。2009—2015年,我院骨科利用超踝关节外固定支架治疗GustiloⅢ型Pilon骨折18例,效果满意,报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料：本组18例,女性2例,男性16例,年龄18~60岁,平均（37±6）岁.
