Automatic Record of an Optimized Radiology Patients DICOM Image and Automatic Printing of Patients Information in DVD/CD System

目的设计和实现一种优化的放射科患者DICOM影像自动刻录以及患者信息自动打印在光盘盘面上系统。方法本系统在医院现有PACS的基础上,利用EPSON PP-100AP光盘印刷刻录机,开发出能与PACS无缝对接的系统。结果引入"DICOM光盘胶片"后,解决了胶片查找、核对、分发等烦琐的问题,还大大降低了成本,实现了医院影像信息的无片化以及环保的要求。结论精确的DVD/CD数据可以使得医疗数据更具有储存价值及参考价值。

Objective To design and realize automatic record of an optimized radiology patients＇ DICOM image and automatic printing of patients＇ information in DVD/CD system. Methods Based on hospital existing PACS, this system utilized EPSON PP-IOOAP DVD/ CD printing recorder to develop the system that achieves seamless connection with PACS. Results After introducing ＂DICOM DVD/CD film＂ , many fussy problems, such as film searching, checking and distribution, were solved, which also greatly reduced cost, realized no film of hospital image information, and met the requirement of environmental protedion. Conclusion The superior digital DVD/CD can make the saved and filed medical data become more reliable.
