摘要
根据医院物流系统使用实践,对物流系统堵点精准定位、传输时间均匀性和故障率降低进行研究,分析问题现象,提出改进措施,对比改进前后的效果差异,以实际数据衡量改进措施的有效性,使之更符合医院使用需要,供同业者借鉴参考。
According to aur logistics system using practice, we research the problems of the jam location, transmission time uniformity and the failure. We analyze the problems and propose improvement measures. We compare the effect of improvement＇ s differences and measure the effectiveness of the improvement measures with the actual datas, making it more accord with the hospital＇ s need. Then we provide reference for the peers.
