摘要
德国西门子伺服900C呼吸机,由电子电路、传感器、机械构件、高压气体输送回路等多个部件组成,结构复杂,故障率高,对使用和维修保养要求严格;本文介绍了呼吸机的工作原理和故障以及维修方法,并对空气压缩机、氧气供应故障、空氧混合器、呼气阀、传感器、呼气阀、气路故障、电气故障的维修进行分析和探讨。
This thesis introduces German Siemens Servo 900 C ventilator, which is made of various parts including electroniccircuit, sensors,,mechanical components and high pressure gas delivery circuit. This machine has complex structures, high error rate and severe requirements in usage and maintenance. This thesis focuses on the machine's principle of operation, common faults and maintenance methods and analyses as well as discusses the maintenance of air-compressors, Oxygen supply failure, air oxygen mixer and exhalation valve, sensors, expiratory valve, Gas path failure and the electrical fault.
