毕节市中学生自杀行为态度及影响因素分析

A Study on the Attitude and Influencing Factors of Suicide Behavior among Middle School Students in Beijie

目的了解中学生自杀行为态度及影响因素。方法应用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,应用自编问卷和自杀态度调查问卷(QSA)对毕节市1 708名中学生进行调查。采用χ~2检验和多分类logistic回归分析影响因素。结果毕节市中学生对自杀行为持肯定、中立和否定态度者分别为3.9%、44.6%和51.5%。性别、是否住校、学习生活、与父母关系、社会欺辱和媒体对自杀的相关报道是影响中学生自杀行为态度的因素。结论毕节市中学生对自杀行为缺乏正确认识,需家长、学校及社会对其加强健康教育,提高中学生对自杀的认识。

OBJECTIVE To understand the attitude and influencing factors of middle school students＇ suicide. METHODS The method of multi stage stratified random sampling method was used to investigate 1708 middle school students in Beijie by questionnaire and suicide attitude questionnaire（QSA）. Chi square test and multiple Logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors. RE- SULTS The rate of middle school students in Beijie about the nature of suicide behavior were 3.9%, 44.6% and 51.5%, respectively. Gender, boarding, reports the study life, relationship with parents, social media on the humiliation and suicide would affect the atti- tudes toward suicide behavior. CONCLUSION Beijie students lacked correct understanding of suicidal behavior, parents, schools and society to strengthen their health education and improve the understanding of suicide students.
