我国一线二线城市经济与交通运输发展差异性分析 被引量:4

摘要 为研究经济与交通运输协同发展水平及发展速度差异水平,基于灰色关联综合指数法对全国一线和二线城市2004—2015年经济与交通运输发展水平的差异性进行研究。研究结果表明,4个一线城市经济与交通运输发展的差异性整体呈上升趋势;5个内陆二线城市经济与交通运输发展的差异性在时间趋势上呈现出先轻微下降再上升的趋势;10个沿海二线城市经济与交通运输差异性整体呈上升趋势。基于研究结果,提出一线城市在合理规划城市发展格局的同时应转移生产力与生产要素以缓减城市发展压力;二线城市应加强人才引进、加大交通基础设施投入以提高城市发展水平。 The objectives of this paper are to find the differences between transport and economic performance, and to determine factors that influence their coordinated development. Using the grey relational analysis method, the authors investigate the transport and economic performance of first and second tier cities across China in a given period from 2004 to 2015. This paper finds that the development of the four first-tier cities demonstrated an upward trend. The five second-tier cities in the country's inland area witnessed a slight downturn before they were on the rebound. The 10 coastal cities, despite being counted as second-tier, featured a trajectory similar to their first-tier counterparts. Proposals based on the findings include: Planners are expected to ease the pressure on first-tier cities by transferring resources to new platforms while formulating proper development plans; In an effort to boost their growth, second-tier cities are encouraged to further invest in transport infrastructure and to attract more talented individuals.
