地佐辛硬膜外镇痛对神经性疼痛大鼠脊髓κ受体表达及线粒体功能影响的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究地佐辛硬膜外镇痛对神经性疼痛大鼠脊髓κ受体的表达及线粒体功能的影响,考察地佐辛应用于硬膜外镇痛的效果。方法对神经性疼痛大鼠应用连续地佐辛硬膜外泵注干预,通过大鼠脊髓组织中κ受体的表达、线粒体功能和还原型谷胱甘肽的测定来观察地佐辛硬膜外应用的镇痛效果。结果地佐辛能显著刺激脊髓损伤大鼠脊髓L1和L2节段中κ受体的表达(P<0.05),显著提升脊髓损伤大鼠脊髓线粒体的功能(P<0.05)以及还原型谷胱甘肽的量(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛硬膜外镇痛能通过刺激神经性疼痛大鼠脊髓组织中κ受体的表达及提升线粒体的功能达到镇痛效果。 Objective To explore the expression of kappa receptors and effection oi mitochondrial tuncuon m neuropatmc pain rats assisted by epidural analgesia, to investigate the effect of dizocine in epidural analgesia. Methods Observation on anal- gesic effect of dezocine used for epidural by continuously with dezocine epidural injection pump intervention, the expression of neuropathic pain rat spinal cord kappa receptors, determination of spinal cord mitochondrial function and the determination of reducing glutathione. Results The expression of kappa receptors in L1 and L2 segment of the spinal cord injuried rat spinal cord were significantly stimulated (P〈0.05), the function of spinal cord mitochondrial and the the amount of reducing glutatbione in spinal cord injuried were significantly improved (P〈0.05). Conclusion Dezocine can achieve the effect of analgesia through stimulate the expression of the spinal cord kappa receptors and improve the function of mitochondrial in europathic pain rats.
