GC-ECD检测马齿苋中六六六和滴滴涕的农药残留

Residues Determination of Hexachlorocyclohexane and Clofenotane in Portulacae oleracea L. by GC-ECD

目的:考察马齿苋中六六六(BHC)和滴滴涕(DDT)农药残留量,为该药食两用药材的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用GC-ECD对马齿苋中BHC(α-BHC、β-BHC、γ-BHC、δ-BHC)、滴滴涕(PP'-DDE、OP'-DDT、PP'-DDD、PP'-DDT)8种有机氯类农药残留的限量检测。结果:所建立的含量测定方法线性关系良好,平均回收率为91.9%~97.3%,RSD为1.5%~4.2%,检出限为0.0026~0.032μg·L^(-1)。结论:该方法测定结果准确,灵敏度高,适合于马齿苋中有机农药残留量的测定。

Objective To establish a method for determination of hexachlorocyclohexane （BHC） and clofenotane （DDT） pesti- cide residues in Portulacae oleracea L by GC - ECD, and provide the basis for quality control of the medicine and food dual - pur- pose. MethodsUsing gas chromatography （GC） for limited detecting the eight kinds of organochlorine pesticide residues, such as BHC （α-BHC, β-BHC, γ-BHC, and δ-BHC） and DDT （4, 4＂-DDE, 4, 4＂-DDD, 2, 4＂-DDT, and4, 4＂-DDT） inPortu- lacae oleracea. Results The detection linearity of BHC and DDT were very good, the average recovery rates were 91.9% - 97. 3%, 1.5% - 4. 2% RSD, The detection limitation was 0. 0026 - 0. 032μg · L - 1. Conclusion The established method is accurate, highly sensitive, and can be used for the determination of organchlorinated pesticide residues in Portulacae oleracea L..
